After learning about the concept of Business at a young age, Joe Callahan developed a framework that he now calls the “Persona Triangle.” In this triangle, one side represents the manufacturer of the product or service, the other side represents the targeted audience, and the base represents the salesman. Joe Callahan initially worked at the bottom of the pyramid, in a sales position at a manufacturing company. It was then that he faced an inflection point in his career when his manager announced that he was leaving for another marketplace. Joe decided to resign following that development as new leadership replaced his old manager. This decision led him to take the risk to acquire a competitor in the same marketplace.
